Herbal Support for the Creative Community.

Working in the arts is hard on the body.

Whether you're a dancer stretching your ligaments to their limits, an actor carrying the body posture of a character for weeks or months, or a playwright hunched over a laptop for hours, your work as an artist takes a toll.

It is hard on the mind and spirit, too.

The creative process often requires artists to dive deep into their emotions, reliving traumas or exploring personal stories to create authentic work. This emotional work can be just as taxing on the body as the physical strain. Stress, anxiety, and unresolved emotions can manifest physically, leading to tension, injury, and burnout.

For arts administrators, the emotional toll can be different but equally challenging. Watching funding dwindle, audiences shrink, and the pressure to maintain meaningful engagement while facing financial constraints is a constant struggle. It can feel like you're fighting for the very things you know the arts are capable of: empathy, vulnerability, and connection. The weight of this challenge can leave you feeling drained, disconnected, and uncertain about the future of your organization.

Herbal remedies can help you manage the struggle.

Regardless of your role in the arts, the impact of stress and emotional strain can manifest in a variety of ways. By incorporating plant-based support, Kelly can support both the body and mind. These remedies can help alleviate stress, manage anxiety, and restore balance, so that you can continue to serve the creative community with clarity and resilience.

“During the most stressful time of my professional career, Kelly thoughtfully and kindly guided me to more healthy rest. Her personal one-on-one intake process validated my struggles, and gave me practical and tangible actions to move forward. She is abundantly warm and welcoming while at the same time being incredibly professional. Her daily fortitude inspired my own strength.” - Adrienne Butler

  • Initial Consultation

We begin with a thorough conversation about your specific needs, physical challenges, and emotional wellness. Whether you’re seeking to prevent injury, improve your emotional resilience, or address ongoing stress or pain, this is where we will set the foundation for your customized approach.

  • Protocol Discussion

Based on the consultation, Kelly will design a personalized herbal protocol to support your unique needs. This could include teas, tinctures, salves, or other plant-based remedies tailored to your body’s demands. We’ll discuss how to incorporate them into your routine for optimal benefit.

  • Check In

After implementing your protocol, we’ll schedule a follow-up to check in on your progress. We can adjust your protocol as needed to ensure you’re getting the support you need.

  • The full package is available for $150. This includes the consultation, personalized herbal protocol, and follow-up check-in. Payment plans are available.
